Nov 30th 10.30 - 13.00
Jan 10th 12.30 - 14.30
Mar 14th 11.30 - 14.00

Sessions led by Lloyd Cowans

Target group u15, u17 and u20 athletes of good county standard - ALL COACHES ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE.

Cost £13 for all three sessions or £5 for Single sessions
